If you purchased through another retailer, returns and exchanges must be facilitated through that retailer. We cannot directly issue credit for purchases made from other websites. Policy:
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns after 30 days require special authorization. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit, etc.).
Please be aware that while you will receive a full refund for the product, the original shipping fee and the cost of the return label will not be included in your refund.
Exceptions:
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.
If the return is due to an error on the part of Urban Transit®, your refund will be issued in full.
