RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through Urban Transit®, please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to help you to return or exchange your purchase.

If you purchased through another retailer, returns and exchanges must be facilitated through that retailer. We cannot directly issue credit for purchases made from other websites. Returns

Policy:
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns after 30 days require special authorization. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit, etc.).

Please be aware that while you will receive a full refund for the product, the original shipping fee and the cost of the return label will not be included in your refund.

Exceptions:
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Urban Transit®, your refund will be issued in full.

Returns Center

Maintain a copy of the tracking number of your return shipment as this is the only method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.

 

  1. Pack the items you're returning
  2. Print your return shipping label and attach it to the package
  3. Cover or remove any old shipping labels
  4. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label
Refunds will be issued at the time the merchandise is successfully received in our warehouse. Please allow 2-10 days for the credit to be applied to your account.
